Cobb Accessport- tons o' questions
#16
his statement wasnt meant to be taken 100% literally as that he has exactly what cobb stage 3 will be. He means when he says he has stage 3 that he has something very similar to what he (and most every single person on wrxforum.com) beleives will end up being Stage 3 for cobb. obviously when he says he doesnt know what exactly will be on stage 3 that means, he doesnt exactly have stage 3, only something like it. For future reference, dont take everything at face value, itll only get you in trouble.

Since the new map is not out yet I doubt that he has the reflash that will be used as an off the shelf map by Cobb in their new stage 3 and since the original question was about the accessport his response about stage 3 seems misleading. I also know that Cobb has VF30 and VF34 maps and I have heard people call it stage 2.5 but I havent seen them listed as that on Cobb's site. On Cobb's stage power package page they only list stages 1, 2 and 3 and that is why I didnt think that the VF 30 or 34 would definately be a part of stage 3 but what you said makes perfect sense.
Sorry if I hit a soft spot but the fact still remains that in his response to the question he claimed to have an "accessport Cobb stage 3" reflash when he probably doesnt.

I wish you would have told me this before I posted in this thread. Yesterday a group of i-club moderators came to my house, beat me up and took away my birthday.

I stand behind Fine Line Import's work/support 100%! They're knowledge and customer service is incredible. They have delivered everything that they said they would, plus some! Don't doubt these people, they know what they are talking about. You will never find a better group of Subaru enthusiasts anywhere (IMO). Good luck finding better a vendor, you won't find one!.
