CEL flashes on startup with UTEC

CEL flashes on startup with UTEC

Just what the title says. Everytime I start the car the CEL flashes twice. Now I don't have any cats (TXS TBE w/race pipe and TXS uppipe) so I turned off the CEL with the UTEC when I got it. I am still in the process of tuning the car so I get a flashing CEL occasionally from the knock sensor. So could the car be knocking during start up? I don't think it is supposed to flash during start up on its own. Does this mean anything in particular? Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you start(or turn the key to the 'on' position) the CE light will flash a number of times. The number of flashes corisponds to the map that the map selector switch on the UTEC is switched to...
you get 2 flashes...you are on swithch number '2' on the UTEC...
I get 4 flashes 'cuz I'm on #4....

Normal....don't worry about the flashes at startup.
