CEL is on constantly after mods
Installed UTEC and auxillary boost controller this weekend. Also have new exhaust - from the turbo back (if no downpipe is it turbo back?). Using the 2nd stage on the UTEC. Ran fine for first couple of drives, but not the CEL is on continously. Will a reset of the ECU by disconnecting the negative of the battery and pressing the brake pedal remedy the problem? Or is the error from the oxygen sensor and I need the mod for that? Thanks in Advance.

That would be a negitve on the Battery disconnect. I have a 02 RS. I tryed the battery deal, it aint goin to work I am gettin the Cell from Hell as Well .....ah! anyway......if U go to Auto-Zone they can do a Computer scan for free and reset the deal ......but I did that and it only works for 50 or so miles then the Cell is back with a vengence......so U got to get a fix in my book....like Cobb Tunning or sumwhere......it sucks I know!

I hope your wrong this time. I did the whole reset process and so far no more CEL's. I think I might have accidently driven without letting the UTEC flash the CEL light on the dash for the program 2 selected by the switch. Don't know if this would cause CEL problems, I was thinking it was the exhaust.
