California AP users: What maps are you running?

As title states, are you using the california maps or do the standard 91 octane maps work fine for you? Is it worth testing for detonation or high egt temps before running the standard maps?

Also what is your opinion on the california maps?

I would recommend using the california map way before using the standard 91 octane map. We ran the standard map on customers cars and they ran fine. With the 91 cali map though they run better and dont through the CEL like they sometimes did before. I would make sure run the cali map first.

I am running the Cali Stage 2 91 Map. I don't have datalogging or any of the fancy stuff. And the non Cali Stg2 map might make a lil more power. But the car feels and sounds better on the Cali map.

I've been using stg1 91 octane and I live in rancho cordova.

I haven't had any problems with check engine lights or pinging for about 6k miles of use now.

I am pretty much the same and haven't noticed any problems yet.

How does the car feel different on cali maps?

For me... the step from stock to Stage 1... how'd the same feeling of change as the step from Stage 1 to CA Stage 1. In other words... .VERY different.
My boost went up a full PSI also (13.7 - > 14.5-15.0)

haha... sorry, that message was barely english. Yeah, I meant to say that the boost on CA maps was higher. In fact, the boost for the CA Map was 1 lb higher than when I ran with the non-ca map. My numbers for the non-ca map were not as high as cobb said they would be, and changing to the ca map made all the difference.
