Cai Or Stock?

Whats better to use a AEM CAI or K&N CAI?

or is it just better to buy a K&N drop in filter and use it with stock intake?, my car is not highly modified only has HKS DOWN PIPE UPPIPE AND EXHAUST.

stock intake,remove snorkel and drop in filter ie k&n, blitz..........
