Boost Controller (on '05 STi?)

Not much, since our turbos are running almost to its maximum efficiency. Now we run about 14.5, the max efficient boost is about 17.5 You can achieve this by using a good TBE and intake. I use the Blitz ID3 and I have run about 18.5-19, but there is little gain at that boost, its mostly hot air. But its up to you.

There is a bit of a gain. with my stock wrx i pull about 25 whp running at a safe boost still under my fuel saftly cut-off. It is worth it to go with an Electronic Boost Controller (ebc) over a manual, but if you have the funds safe for a reflash or best of all, a UTEC.
