I just bought a greddy profec b-spec 2 what my question is is what the car is running at as per boost setting, what's the limit I take take to? And would I need to do any upgrades to the injectors and fuel pump systems. The mods that I'am doing is helix up pipe and down hks exhaust systems aem cold air intake. If anyone has any suggestions I would appericate Mahalo.

Plenty of boost controllers have been used, but it doesn't dop much good to raise the boost past 15.5psi or so. Once you go higher than that, the turbo is less efficient and the intake temps get hotter, which means mroe knock, which means retarded timing, which means... no more power. The up and downpipes, along with a catback, combined with actual engine management of some kind are a far safer and more effective way to go.

Boost controllers are a piggyback, no matter what anyone says. The ECU was designed to control boost one way and the piggyback is controlling it a different way then the ECU expects. This can lead some unexpected problems farther down the road.

Hey Keoni, did you install the CAI yet? I have one for sale because I installed an MRT front mount intercooler and they use the same path through the fender. Had to resort to a short ram. Where are you in Hawaii? I am stuck in Massachusetts, but am an island boy from Wahiawa. I ran 16 psi for awhile before installing a VF22 among other stuff. E-mail if you want to chat. Aloha pumehana
