how does it really work, whats the P O and C O use for and how do you use the 0-100 setting. I have an idea but just wanted other people to correct or teach me.

those setting are for the "overtake boost" That's just a temporarily higher boost value for passing or emergencies.
I personally don't like to use it because as you accelerate, the boost drops off and you lose power. It feels real funny on the feet.

One is the boost setting. It's how much you add you your current setpoint.
The other is how long you want it applied in each gear.

I recommend setting it to zero. Then tuning the boost you want for daily driving. Then add boost with the overtake boost setting.
