Anyone using a Palm with a UTEC? If so I'd appreciate knowing how you have made the physical link and which terminal emulation software you are using. I have tried a few programs on a TRGPro (PalmIII-ish PDA) using its serial (db9) cable right to the UTEC, but with no success. I'm not sure if I need a null-modem cable or not (swapping pings 2 & 3 ). I'm gonna keep playing around with this stuff, but I'd rather not re-invent the wheel, so if you have and clues to drop, please do so.

Oh yeah, terminal emulation software that has upload/download capability (like Hyperterminal can) would be optimal.

Answering my own question, in part, after more looking around:

TurboXS says a null-modem cable is necessary.
