i saw this in ebay. claims it puts out 13hp max. does this crap work? i mean i bought it. it was only 4.95 wit free shipping. cant go wrong with 5 bucks. if it works it does. if not, then so be it. But if any one of u have the time, go search under Subaru WRX chips, and u will see the product.
