How does it attach?

 

You use rivets or you can use double sided tape. However, rivets is highly recommended.

In regards to this product. I want to confirm that I can be molded onto the OEM bumper for the WRX and STI's? Please confirm this and i'll deff. look into purchasing this product.

Well, that will depend on your body shop. But yes, it can be molded onto the rear bumper.
