Yes they are all bell mouth design
yes they are catted, but its a high flow design on the inside.

Bellmouth is definitely the way to go for Subaru downpipes and the catted downpipe has a 150 cell catyltic converter for better air flow. It is known to yield up to 10 hp over the stock twin cats.
