TGV Delete Work Done Here!

Hello all! I am bringing you the service of deleting your butterflies and plates in your TGV housings. My work is just as good, if not better than any other shop, with the exception of price! Most shops will do these for somewhere around $150 or more. I will do this for you for $75 plus whatever shipping is to get them back to you. Thats less than $100 per set. It was somewhere around $11 for a set i recently did in shipping. I clean them up after I am done and plug the holes that the rods come out of. If you have any questions at all, please contact me via Email or Message me here.

Here is the stock picture:

Here is what i can do:

when you say that you "clean them up", does that mean you actually port and polish them after doing the delete? and it's $75 for the whole job, not per set, right? thanks.

Well, when you do this work, polishing is not exactly good. It could actually hurt the performance. As you may know, the injectors sit on the TGV's and mix the gas and air here. If you polish the inside of these, you will have less mixture of the gas and air resulting in less performance. So even though you want to open up the air flow, you also want a bit of air turbulance. My price is for the whole job. They look almost brand new if not new when you receive them.

Thanks

How about the CEL problem concerning these TGV deletes I've heard about? Won't it cause the idle to be crappy as well as morning starts?

When using this modification, you need engine management. an Accessport will cure this problem or just have your local tuner turn off the cel. its not a big problem unless you dont have the proper EM. Otherwise it is a great supporting mod.

So what's the difference between clearing everything out besides the rod and not having the rod? What will be affected or the up-side? I'm assuming with the rod still in place no cel for malfunction of the TGV motor and without it there will be a cel for the malfunction of it. But either way, a tune is necessary, correct? Sorry just want to be sure. Also how is the idle gonna be? Normal or kinda off?

Sorry for the late reply.
The air flow will be changing due to the porting of the housing. The sensor CEL will not be affected if you leave the bar with sensor and motors. However something else may be thrown due to more air. Either way, you are correct, a tune is necessary. Idle will vary from each person. Most people that i have come in contact with haven't noticed much, if any, change in idle.
