superrx - That would be 5 business days. Not to long of a wait.

Let me know when you are ready to go. At this point in the week you would get it next week sometime anyways.

Thanks,
Brian

methinkadoo - All of the Stromung pieces are ment to fit upto the stock pieces. So you wouldn't have to get any new parts. Now the 3rd cat Eliminator pipe is 2.5" so it will fit upto the stock pieces with no problems because the stock is 2.5".

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,
Brian

01-2.5RS - Hey Chris I don't think Stromung covers accidents I am sorry to say. You will just have to get a new one for your new car. Let me know when you are ready to go for those new parts. Sorry to hear about your car man....that is a true bummer.

Hope you are all right!

Thanks,
Brian

silverfox1 - So you want to keep just the stock muffler section? Then you would need the Primary DP, Secondary DP with or without cat, and then the Intermediate pipe to connect to the rear muffler section. Is this what you want?? Let me know and I will get you pricing right away!

Thanks,
Brian

hey brian, i have the espelir jgt500 exhaust on my STi, i was wondering if the 3rd cat eliminator will mate up to it. also, after removing that one cat, the STi will have 1 remaining cat, does that count as a stage2 car? or considered stage1?

methinkadoo - You have the Espelir Cat Back exhaust?? Do you know what size the piping is at that flange that connects to the catpipe? If it is 2.5in then I think it will work. I will talk to Stromung once I hear from you and see what is the best set up for you. I think it would be a Stage 1 still. When you go replacing all of the pipes and uppipe then it would be like a Stage 2.

Let me know and I will see what we can hook you up with!

Thanks,
Brian

I believe it is 2.5 inch because it does mate up with the stock downpipe.

methinkadoo - Yeah then most likely the 3rd Cat Eliminator pipe will be the right choice to go with then. All of the Stromung pieces were built to mate up to the stock pieces. So you just want to replace the catpipe...you don't want to get the down pipe too??

Thanks,
Brian

i was just afraid of getting some sort of boost creep. i was thinking maybe removing 1 cat will lessen the restriction enough that boost creep isn't present. i really dont want to PnP my wastegate if i don't have to. and i also want to pass emissions

methinkadoo - Yeah boost creep is a pain...and with removing one of the cats you will free up some of that. I understand passing emissioins...you must live out in CA or somewhere like that where you have the testing. Let me know when you are ready for the 3rd Cat Eliminator then!

Thanks,
Brian
