is the HKS headers fit the 02 WRX? and is it come with new gasket? thx...

Yes it fits an 02 wrx.
It does not come with new gaskets.
I can supply new gaskets at an extra charge.

The header has maybe 2,000 mileso on it, at most.

Gaskets are aproximately $13.00 a piece. There are 3 total. 2 for the left and right side cylinder banks and 1 from the header to the uppipe.
