Momentum 40T $650 look inside
I have special permission to do a group buy at $650 for every 5 40T we move. These carry a 1 year warranty and we have had nothing but success with this turbo and the customer service has been flawless. I am pleased with this turbo no matter waht you might read on the boards, I personally promise to take care of you as long as all install procedures are followed. 
I actually have one on my STI and it is insane how quick it spools and pulls.
