no there is no high flow cat option from megan but u can weld in a high flow cat if you want

Will this setup be able to pass local emissions? I believe there are a total of three cat on the WRX, a precat in the uppipe, a cat in the downpipe, and the third cat between the downpipe and the catback section. Is this true?

Yes there are 3 cats on the wrx this system removes the 2 in the downpipe. You will need to put on the stock downpipe to pass emissions. (this system is "Track use only" and boostbuddy.com encourages you to check your local emmsions laws )

Seriously considering this deal, how much longer on price, and what must be done to eliminate the check engine light? How will this setup run on a fairly stock engine as I don't have the necessary fundage to get an accessport right now?

This price will be going on through May and we can include the cell fix for an additional 15 dollars. It will run fine on a stock car. The Catbacks are due in may
