My blue WRX with just an exhaust was burned by an EVO from a roll on Monday night. This took place at 10:30ish near the lake in Oakland. The EVO was silver, looked stock except for an exhaust, and possibly engine mods. Oh yeah i think the evo might have had Nos for 2 reasons:


a) i smelled something funny when i was behind it, and specs of stuff were hitting my car

b) i was smoked so badly and it pulled so god dam hard on my wrx. i was first to take off from the roll and i was at a good 5000rpm when he still blew by me and kept pulling away very fast!



any one khow of this evo, or have any comments on how freakin fast they are?

 

maybe you suck in racing, and knowing evo's it smokes a rex... and just to let you know street racing is bad...

 

um... wrx with just an exhaust? I think most of the suvs on the road would pull on you...

 

dude I know, whats up with all these fast cars....I got smoked by a damn carrera gt the other day...couldn't see it coming..

 

dude... i got smoked by an mirage at milpitas, and i think it had a turbo or even nos cuz it stinked like something else.....

 

did it have Subaru Rally decals all over it??

I never expected to beat the evo. i just wanted to see how i could hold up and apparently not very well. it was still fun though.
