what to do about possible scammer

Ok. I bought something from a fellow I-club member, about a week or so ago. I have sent him a # of PMs and he hasnt returned any. He has however visited this sight and put up new posts. Now his PM box is full and I have asked him on his last post to clear them, he hasnt been back on since. I really need advice on what to do. I dont really want to put his name out there just yet, just incase this is a misunderstanding. I do however want to weigh my options before this goes past the 30 day mark. Any help would be much appreciated. Also I saved every conversation between this person and myself, I also saved the paypal receipt. Thanks in advance, I am just very dissapointed I am having to post this. Dustin
