There's a big difference.

People who say pink wheels are gay are not comfortable with themselves, I agree.
Those are probably the same people who say wearing a pink or purple shirt is gay, which totally the opposite, girls like when guys wear pink or purple clothing.

But people who are saying they are ugly are just stating an opinion and it has nothing to do with them being comfortable with themselves or not.
