That video makes me smile.
You would consider that street racing? 5 years ago in Pomona area, I relate street racing with more of a bunch of cars meeting up at a gas station then deciding on a side street or industrial district. Lining up and everyone out of there cars on each side of the street and cars launching.
This on the freeway 3-beep go and see who pulls on who, then slow down and repeat doesn't seem to "street racing" to me. IMO.
