Major Engine Problem!!!

I was notified of this topic from another forum and I thought I would post my opinion on you ***s. I think you all should sit down and think of what **** SOBs you really are. Have any of you even looked in to how much subaru actually pays to assemble these cars? Do you really think that your prescious WRX will be more expensive because of this kid? Do you think it will effect your warranty personally? And do you all really think that your sitting on a ***in high horse? I hope that the car gods decides to ***in screw you all! And most of all I hope that statman burns in hell. He is the reason why people are afraid to learn for themselve instead of copy all of the rice out there. Once again the people who have lowerd thierselves to level of infancy to tattle do not deserve the breath in thier lungs. I hope someday you run into each other and have it out because this definitly deserves an *** beating. Again you should be ashamed to scare a fellow modder out of having a little fun with there investment. I hope they get a Volkswagen and never buy a soobie again.
P.S. I hope your warranty gets voided for your 15hp soobie sticker

hey man,
that guy modded his engine a litte too much without taking proper saftey measures to prevent something like that happening. if i did that to my car i wouldn't expect SOA to cover my car because i pushed the engine too far. If your going to do something, at least do it right, dont mickey mouse stuff and expect your car to perform well.
i dont think there is anything wrong with modding you car, but there is a limit to everything.

NARCs should be drug out on the street and shot. I thought a forum was for HELP not for Tattle tales. I think most people who mod a brand new car are morons anyway, even if you do know what your doin your still gonna void your warranty. I thought that guy was pretty damn lucky they were gonna help him out until your JEALOUSY got the best of ya. If there are any 3rd Grade Tattle tales out there that don't know what that means (JEALOUSY); look it up. I feel sorry for that dude for asking BUTT PIRATES for help. Last time I heard SOA didnt pay out for tattle tales. GET A LIFE and hope you take it up the *** some day. If you don't already.

i wish those type of remarks would stop. the guy was cheating SOA out of 6000$ ...6000$ he should work for because the problem was caused by his stupidity and not researching/learnign what he was doing before he did it. this forum is for help...its to help u do things right. to help u learn. not to help u cheat a car company out of 6000$... thats all
mr. moderator-can we keep this post around and just edit out the unfriendly remarks people are making? or give it like a second chance-one more unfriendly remark and this post is gone or something. i would really like to discuss this topic here and im sure most iclubbers can be fairly friendly and keep the unfriendly remarks to a minimum

This is an interesting discussion. It really boils down to ethics, which ultimately is a personal thing, though society as a whole agrees to adhere to a certain common code out of civility.
This issue straddles the line for me. While I am ultimately happy that SOA isn't paying for the guy's mistakes, that guy ratting him out leaves a bad taste in my mouth. True, he was only helping to get justice served; but he was also meddling in someone else's affairs.
Where is the line between "minding your own business" and irresponsibly "looking the other way"? I don't know; but I know I wouldn't have ratted him out.

Theres really no reason to not buy a subie, this forum is very respectable, believe me, and STi stands for Subaru Technica Internation and only Subaru Technica International to me.
. But anyway, dont be stupid, dont let that ONE situation affect whether or not you buy a subie. Stick around, learn the way of the impreza guys. I'm SURE you'll find out how GREAT this site is and realize that the amount of information shared is greatly useful and done so in a respectable, non-flaming matter, which makes buying a subie MUCH MORE than worth it. But dont take my word for it, stick around, find out for yourself. Then, go test drive a WRX and come back here and tell me you'll never buy a subaru.

So either way, he's gonna get it up the a$$, so don't get angry at the rat, he simply expediated (sp?) the bad news to the kid that SOA will not cover it...
Hope you get an impreza, and not make the same errors he did....
Cheers
