This kid in a crusty jeep tryed to take me yesterday when I was accelerating after the light turned green.

i usually accellerate after the light turns red. that keeps the jeeps off me.

It was embarrasing....for him. So I am accelerating nicely/safely in the left lane, some traffic up ahead and all, this fire truck next to me on the right turns right of the road, and out of the corner of my eye I see this grey crusty blur. I realize its this scruffy kid trying to manuver ahead of me by burning me on the right. I smiled, and then proceeded to show him the error of his ways. I let my red '04 wagon wrx just graze 7 RPM in second gear and then pulled my short throw shifter out my holster and slapped him silly (threw it into third w/ the turbo and all). I felt bad for him, some people learn the hard way. He looked like this guy I went to college with. He was this wild short guy with scruffy shoulder lenght hair. We called him Chewbacca.

do you guys remember speedmagazine.com, and the section on that site where ppl post their stories of how the beat or got spanked by another car = civic whoops on mean looking toyota supra!!!...hahahah this thread reminds me of that...

 

personally i wouldn't take too much pride in beating a jeep with your WRX.

 

The jeep will then RUN YOU OVER!
