then my question is why is since there is no emission laws at all, how can running catless be illegal?

 

i dont kno, but removing cats is illegal, but u can replace all 3 with high flow cats, some of which are illegal in CA

 

the whole point of cats is to lower emissions. so if there aren't any laws governing the emissions of a vehicle, then how can removing them be illegal.

it just doesn't make sense to me

 

since when did any of our laws make since.
