Public consciousness has not yet assimilated the point that technology is ideology. To be unaware that a technology comes equipped with a program for social change, to maintain that technology is neutral, to make the assumption that technology is always a friend to culture is, at this late hour, stupidity plain and simple.

In the age of advanced technology, spiritual devastation is more likely to come from an enemy with a smiling face than from one whose countenance exudes suspicion and hate. When a population is distracted and redefined by a perpetual round of entertainments such as the i-pods, gmails, logitech, etc.; when serious public conversation becomes a form of baby-talk (shut it n00b, own3d, j00, w00t, arrrrr, LOL, eh, dizzle ma nizzle, y0, dude, D'oh), when, in short, a people become an audience and their public business a vaudeville act, then a nation finds itself at risk making a culture-death a clear possibility.

I ask because this apparent pyramid scheme may be unintentional, but this thread has the characteristics of a flanders-type individual prosthletizing while playing the usual fake innocent demeanor.

Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up in here, as you can see by my post.

for the amount of time it would take me to sign up, and get others to sign up, then wait 8 weeks for the thing to get shipped, I will recieved several thousand adds, my address will be sold, and I will have already made enough money by working to buy the ipod.

uh well im not trying to convince anyone to do this or anything..just showing you something i thought MAYBE some people would be interested in such as a broke person like me that wants an i-pod..nothing else. I believe it is a "pyramid type deal" but not a "pyramid scheme" as people say it is since I believe the correct definition of a pyramid scheme is something like this without a product in return (correct me if im wrong) but not trying to create any harm in this thread.. -__- sometimes these forums confuse me when im just trying to share something negative comes out of it..
btw law, yes my friend and his cousin recieved one.
and "OLMEK", yes i am christian but yes i do sin all the time. Anyways, you sound like making this thread is a huge sin to human kind, and i dont understand why when (i know i can be shallow) im just trying to share something i thought was kinda cool?.. and no im not selling crazy here..

I'll be sure to ask God to forgive me for this sin i have wrongfully done to share info on an i-pod.
