well my car is almost hitting 60k miles, and i just wanted to give it a shot and see if the dealer would replace my clutch under waranty as i've been having this known shudder problem with it. im planning to bring it to carlsen subaru as i've heard alot of good stuff abt them, problem is r they mods friendly? right now i have cobb CAI, Greddy Evo catback, AGX with springs and a kartboy SS on my car. most of the mods cant affect the clutch, mostly likely that they gonna argue is the SS. so what do u guys think? should i take off my SS or even my CAI b4 i bring it to subaru? also i called them b4 and they said if they find out that its not under warranty then they're gonna charge me $50 just for checking which seems a little unreasonable to me. i mean they can say whatever they want to deny my waranty since i have mods on my car right? my friend once told me i can tell them to proof that then they'll most likely put it under waranty as it would take them too much time and money to proof it. is this true?

wasn't clutch shudder a problem with 02's that soa acknowledged to fix?.......and more over, isn't the warranty over at 30000 miles?

the clutch is a wear item, you are not going to get it replaced at 60k miles under warrenty
