What to order when buying parts for stock clutch install

I need to order parts for having my clutch replaced in my '02 WRX Wagon. All I really want is to replace the stock clutch, which is Daiken correct? I've heard Daiken and Exedy, anyone care to clarify that for me? I've also read that the flywheel needs to be replaced and because it is aluminum it can't be resurfaced or is difficult to be resurfaced. Is this correct?

What it all boils down to is that I have a shop that will do the labor, but I have to supply the parts. I just want to make sure I buy the right parts. Since I am no mechanic and I don't I play one on TV either, I figured I would ask your collective adivce.

Thanks!

well it depends how the fly wheel looks. and they probably have a procedure to resurface a flywheel. i would just get a new one if it comes down to it. well as for a recommended clutch go check out the reviews section. i would replace the throw out bearing..... but pretty sure it comes with..... but make sure it comes with it or it will bite you in the a$$. hope this helps.
