Been having this problem with tranny popping out of reverse. First reported it at 23000 miles, no surprise dealer couldn't duplicate. Its been getting worse, now at 55000 miles dealer got it to happen easily. They just called and stated that there is a TSB for this problem which replaces some bearings and other stuff. Also found the clutch TSB that the dealer has been brushing me off about. One major issue I have is that the dealer won't pay for a rental because its out of the 3/36 warranty. They would have covered it if it wasn't. BUT since I reported it at 23000 miles they better damn well pay for a rental while they replace my clutch asm and the transmission components. Anybody have any info on the tranny TSB number and about the dealers responsibility for paying for the rental?
