trans pan gasket question

so I bought a gasket/filter kit for my 2.2L auto tranny. The gasket looks to be cork based so my question is do I need to use RTV on it? It doesn't have holes for all the bolts so I guess I have to use a hole punch or someting so I can get the bolts through. Anyway, I"m trying to do the tranny filter today so help me out. THanks, tim

sorry read the freakin box.. no rtv needed and it had holes in it. Simple job took all of 45 minute. I got 70% of the 150K tune up done in 4 hours. ALl thats left is the timing belt, oil seals, belts, water pump, thermostat, and new struts.
