yea so i get this constant squeek squeek squeek when at idle with clutch out... i know for a fact it has 2 be my throw berring. i got warranty i only have 20,000 miles on teh car should i go complain and get if fixed or just say screw it???

You answered your own question...you have warranty, so have the dealer fix it.
Remove your BOV first.

I was under the impression the throw bearing makes a whining noise rather than a squeaking one.

right on ya bov's comin off it was fun for a day but ill just sell it on Ebay lol will my k&n typhoon intake void **** 2?
