Sticky clutch pedal

my '97 impreza wagon has a sticky clutch pedal. It only seems to do this under high rpms(aka f n around). It sticks right at the end of coming back up. What do i grease or replace? thanks for your help.

It could be a bad master or slave cylinder. If that's not it it could be this spring:

I just did this in my '01 RS coupe and it's sooo much nicer. I also replaced the master and both the slave and master were physically different. The new master has a bleeder nipple on it as well.
