oh yeah....tranny swaps are expensive as all hell. If you wanted like an RA or STI set up. etc.

Just get an STI.

The trannies have been a problem spot for the wrx since it came out in the states. First it was clutch shutter, now it's sycro problems.

They are for the most part fine for stock cars. Once you start modifying them you are putting yourself at risk with an already problem tranny. I'd get an sti...mod that.

Be more fun anyways...unless you want a wagon of course.
