Noise in tranny

I have a 04 Wrx with legacy gt gear set in it from Andrewtech. act lite weight flywheel. Act clutch, throw out bearing trans has 35k on it clutch and flywheel have 2k. While in neutral sitting still with the clutch out I hear a noise almost like a bad throw out bearing. Push the clutch in and it stops.
While driving doesn't matter what I do the noise is still there. Pulled the trans to inspect everything clutch looks fine throw out looks good as does flywheel and pilot bearing. Any ideas??
