How much synchromesh?

Ok so I'm changin my transmission fluid tomorrow. After lots of research I'm goin with regular *** GL5 dino oil (75W90) mixed with some synchromesh. I am either putting 1 quart of synchromesh in or 1.7 quarts. Help me decide how much.

I'm thinkin 1 quart because I don't have any tranny problems, besides it being a crappy tranny, but we all know that... Just figured it would smooth out shifting a bit... The tranny is one of the only pieces of my car that I seriously dislike. I mean I have no problem driving it, you just have to rev match and pretend you don't have synchros basically, I never get grinds or anything but it feels like *** and of course you have to rev match most of the time, especially to get into 1st. Oh well, at least it keeps me practiced at heel and toeing, before I learned how to heel and toe the tranny was a major pain in the butt, now I can live with it ok, still takes away some of the fun of driving the car though. When I drive my friends honda I get to damn jealous, that's what a tranny should feel like! *sigh* Yeah so basically all this rambling was a bump...

I also agree with one quart, with the way that I drive, same as above, heel toe, rev shifting. I feel that is a spirited way of driving. If you are not having any tranny problems, then leave it be with 1. One day when my tranny gives out, I am just gonna toss in the RA spec gears. They are bigger, stronger, and faster In my opinion of course.
