For people who got the work done under warranty: did the dealership try to charge you a fee to test out the car for the transmission problems?

Does this only happen in 4th gear? I have been having a issue lately when I hit 4000rpm's to 4200rpm's I will get a clunking\grinding noise for about 3 seconds or for next 200 rpms then no noise all the way to 5700rpm's. Its pretty noticable in 2nd and 3rd and you can hardly hear it in 4th.

This seems to only happen when I am WOT, if im slowly increasing in the RPM range this does not clunk\grind. It also seems to stuter every once in a while when it happens. The only mods I have are a kartboy short shifter, KB bushings & rear cusco strut bar. Do you think this will be covered under warranty?
