I know the issue of swapping a five speed into and auto has been discussed a million times. My auto has taken a crap and it sucks trying to play in the snow. I tried searching but all i can find is people saying dont do it, trade it in, etc... I have a 99 impreza L. I am getting the stuff to do the swap free( tranny, mount, driveshaft, pedals, linkage, flywheel, and clutch cable) out of a seriously wrecked 96 impreza. my question is concerning what wires need changed, switched, crossed whatever. the mechanical part is not a problem. if there is a thread on this i apologize and please give me the link. thanks for the help
