Tranny problems don't fix themselves- you're gonn have to do something soon. RA gears is the best compromise between strength and price. A 6MT is the best bet for not having to ever replace anything again. And of course, you can probably pick up a used 5MT for cheap.

In the meantime, try Redline Shockproof, either light or heavyweight. It's the best stuff around for helping needy synchros. And stop shifting so fast. that's the real isue. If you have a short shifter, be gentler with it.
