2002 WRX....TiMe To RePlaCe ThAt CluTcH

So It happend like I soon new it would.. the Clutch in my 2002 wrx needs to be replaced.. just got it back from subie tonight 1500 (parts and labor) for a new clutch.. and flywheel.. for OEM.. from Subaru.. Not bad.. but what can i do better then OEM for around that price??

What is a good aftermarket clutch and flywheel to get? any input is greatly appreciated.. I simply do not know and I have to fix this soon...

$1500 seems like an awful lot for a clutch...

Exaclty what i thought when they told me.. have a guy here in minneapolis who is going to sell me the atc street clutch stage 2 with ultralight flywheel for 800.00, does that seem reasonable for the parts? having trouble finding someone to do the install though. subaru wants 500 to put it in. i still say 200 over what subaru quoted me and it is a lot better then stock. from what i understand? or is ACT not the way to go??

Yep Exactly what i am putting in.. well after the auto body shop fixes the front end.. thanks to some lady that pulled out in front of me.. 5000 bucks worth of damage to my baby.. but it is getting fixed and then in goes the ACT stage 2 which was 500 and then a pherrin flywheel (i think thats how you spell it) that was 350 the guys at Elite Autosports here in Minneapolis said it was better then the flywheel that comes with the act kit.. so for about 900 bucks its not too bad.. now just to find someone to put it in.. LOL .. thanks for the imput guys..
