Unleashing the Beast From the East

Brought the STi to the strip for it's maiden voyage on saturday. The car weighed in at 3160lbs on the dot. 3/8 tank of gas 93 0ctane 57degrees 1000' elevation driving into 50mph wind.

First to runs were botched runs but iwas quite impressed. I bogged the launch then shifting into 5th it just didn't want to go in and i coasted through the traps.

Run 1 Run 2
60' 1.945 60' 2.131
330' 5.691 330 5.831
1/8 8.782 1/8 8.853
mph 79.71 mph 81.72
1000 11.416 1000 11.424
1/4 13.699 1/4 13.680
mph 97.38 mph 99.44

Then everything went beautifully!

Run 3
60' 1.699
330' 5.279
1/8 8.282
mph 81.88
1000' 10.858
1/4 13.068
mph 102.14

Bone stock i'll put the slips up when i go to my friends house and use his scanner. Next week i'm getting 12's no matter what. I knew the STi could do it.

Also my friend came w/ me with his Evo and he ran 13.8@99 best but he ran mostly 14's. The 13.6's i ran were totally f'd runs i mean that's the worst i could ever do unless i passed out at the wheel. The Evo is a joke.
