I did. It was fun but honestly way too hot to be out there.
Track temps were around 110 for most of the time, dropped to about 98 by the time I was almost done.
Best I could do today was 12.7 @ 113mph.
Still learning on how to launch the car properly, first time I've ever been out to the drags in the STI (or in an awd car for that matter). Launches were pretty crappy. Reaction time was between .750 and .600 on my runs.
If it was cooler and I had a bit more practice I am pretty sure I could drop that to closer to 12.0

Yea heat kills. I'm waitin till temps drop into 80's before I hit up sac raceway. More practice and lower temps I'm sure you will be trappin mid 120's low 11's. Atleast that's what 420whp is capable of

I will be headed out for some Wed Nite Drags tommorrow. Anyone else want to go? I have never been to Sacramento raceway, and was thinking of giving it a try. I've heard it gives a little better times there. Any takers???

i ended up heading out there last night since my car was up and running 100%.
here was my best time:
r/t: 0.071
60ft:1.804
1/4:12.12
trap:113.9
I was able to get two passes in before having to leave but both were pretty much the exact same times! This was with a full tank of gas, normal everyday tire pressure and quite a bit of crap in the trunk.

^^^ Hey, What up. I saw you there the other nite. Too bad we could'nt get that run in.
r/t: .082
60ft: 1.735
1/4: 12.4
Trap: 110.9
Not too bad w/ only 17.5 psi boost. Wish I could get back to the track this season after I get retuned w/more boost, track closes in 2 weeks.

^^ Yeah i was pretty p***ed about how that turned out. That would have been awesome to see the two fastest subis out there going heads up! As long as its not raining ill most likely be out there again before the season ends. Im thinking if i clean my car out, only bring a 1/4 tank of gas and launch a bit better i should be able to see 11's. If u can turn that boost up a bit im sure u wont have an issue with 11's either!
