1/4-mile improvements

Here is my best run from last year and my one and only so far this year. My mods this year are Bosal DP, Perrin UP....last year all I had was a Scooby Sport cat back and mid pipe. Anyways if you cant read them the ET this year was 13.673 and MPH was 97.05 and last year was 14.202 at 94.08 just wondering if anyone else has seen these types of numbers from these mods. Also took a lot of weight out of the car...

Looks pretty good... just need to up the boost and then you'll probably trap 100.

You are doing well. I am not sure of your track altitude but I'm sure it is probably still very cool there too. You should come close to or hit 100 with those mods. BTW how much boost are you running?

Very nice times. With my TurboXS TBE, best I got was 14.2...I have the utec now, & the best I've gotten was 14.1

Those are both with 1.9 60' times....launching is key, but the tuning isn't there yet.

Just went again yesterday and ran a 13.602 @ 97.85 with a 1.8 60' time and I also caught a perfect light yesterday so that was very cool it was my first....they are crucial when you bracket race against much faster cars like f-bodies and cobra's cuz they are trapping much faster than we are so they catch up quick.....oh by the way I go to Milan dragway in Southern Michigan so temps are around 50's and its pretty close to sea level....so I think im gonna use a dial in of 13.600 should do pretty well in the bracket racing series out here

Don't worry, consensus is that HRP times are typically slower than those of our mainland counterparts. With your mods + up-pipe I was typically able to run 13.8's with a mostly off the shelf map.

Lighter Wheels will improve your trap speed.

I got some heavy 18's also. I bet that has something to do with it. The stockers don't have that great traction though.

Also, any weight reductions you can do. like subwoofers, spare tires, back seat, or anything else you think of. I improved my et from a 13.90 to a 13.22 at 6000 ft. in my dsm by doing this.
