prob a wrx, since the wrx has a auto trans made for it.

Why u cant drive stick???? First learn to drive a stick. Then once you learned how to get out of first gear without stalling, spend the next couple years learning how to downshift and heel-toe. Then maybe youll be good enough to drive an STI without killing yourself. There's a reason why they dont come in automatic....

Just get a wrx and get a bigger turbo for it.

all you would need to convert your car into a sti is just the engine out of a sti im pretty sure that it will mate up to the auto trans

the auto tranny for the 25rs wont be able to handle all the power from the ej257 and transfer it to the wheels. Get the 6speed tranny...

the hoodscoop wouldnt fit.. the spoiler would look silly. u just need to learn to drive stick and then you can begin to consider your STi options

yeah but then it wouldn't be a 2.5rs sti swap now would it?

why don't you just upgrade your stock engine with new head and cams, pistons then put a turbo on that? sound like more fun anyway, than doing a swap. i'm not sure but it might be cheaper to!

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you have to ask, you're in trouble.

no reason to act mean to this guy he is just asking a question. But, the short of it over $5,000 in parts to swap to a wrx set up and probally 7,500 ish for the sti motor and tranny. keep in mind you need to get it put in the car. and I sure labor is going to but a hurting on you. If you want a wrx get sell your car and get one. used ones are on the cheap here in MD.
