I have been reading around, and it seems not too uncommon for people to swap a 93-96 impreza FWD into AWD... I have a 95 FWD coupe that runs great, and a 96 AWD coupe that doesnt run. First youd think to swap the engine over, but the 96 is really beat up. What all does it take? is it simple bolting on crossmember, differential and tranny, along with changing the suspension and brakes? or would i need other parts? Thanks.

Also is the EJ25 SOHC a open, semi, or closed deck engine? and what about 90's legacy 2.2L are they open except for the closed EJ22t?
