WTF is that smell?

AAAAWH!

so i used my ac today for the first time and damn if it didn't start blowing funk out the vents... YUCK!

anyone else have this problem or is it just me and my puke inducing vents?

You can get some vent cleaner and freshener from kragen, auto zone, napa, pep girls. They all carry it I belive. The smell is summer!

so i went down to kragons and picked up some crap called "pure air" by interdynamics followed the instructions and sprayed the crap out of the vents

so we will see how it goes...
anyone else tried that stuff?


CAUTION: hold extention straw inplace cause it sprays with such force that it blew the straw into one of my vents

change the cabin air filter. its like 12 bucks at napa/kragen. its right behind your glove box. shouldnt take you longer than 10 minutes to do.

Behind the glove box ftw, reminds me i should change mine, how the hell do i get the damn glove box off anyway?

Open it and there should be a few screws holding the top on and a couple up underneath I believe.

its not the cabin filter since my car never had one

and NO adding one wont help since it just filters out dust and crap! now if it was a fabreeze scented filter then...

BTW that spray crap seemed to do the trick, for how long...
