Ok so thanks to our "pre-meet" last night we got some good details about our subie-q. First, thanks for everyone coming out and hangin out for a while. There was waaay more people out there than I expected. I think we made some progress and got some good ideas about what we can do to spice up the 209 ic.

First the date is obviously Saturday March 22... To keep things simple we fiigured everyone will bring a small bbq (or use eachothers) and bring whatever it is you want to eat. I really don't want to bother with a sign-up sheet unless someone would like to take that responsibility? I didn't think so.

I have emailed the lady that manages Stouffer Park so I'm still waiting to hear from her but it seems like a nice place to go. It's got a lot of grass and a big gazebo. If that doesn't work out there's a few more parks I'll check out.

I figure we would show up around 2ish and hangout till we're full and tired. Anyone with any ideas please post them here and we could all discuss them.

I would also like to get a list of who and what peeps are going to bring. I'll start. I'm Stoked! Lets make this a big event so we can do it again!

me and the girl will attend and bring food, drinks, etc and possibly a weber.

-we should make sure everyone brings enough kingsford for the event, a big costco bag would be enough for everyone.

 

Start the list of what were gonna be eating so we can organize whose bringing what such as paper plates, silverware etc.....

 

That's fine, I just don't want to get into a "food" check list because everyone will want something different. But as far as stuff to eat on and what not, I have no problem with that. Stuff like:

Paper Plates
Plastic Utensils
Paper Towels/Napkins
Charcole
Salt/Pepper etc.
Other Idea's people just chime in and help out plzzz. I'll bring paper plates for everyone (I'm thinking enough for 50) Stuffs cheap anyway.
