So I went to the DMV the other day to get request for a new title for my 93 Impreza wagon, and to my surprise, my parents never went to the DMV to pay the transfer after they bought the vehicle back in 2010. So the vehicle isn't under my ((parents)) name and I don't have any information regarding the previous owner or person we purchased it from. What do I do now? I want someone to have or make some money off of it. But I don't want to screw anyone over. Any thoughts?

 

Bill of sale or signed pink slip?

 

The dmv should say who the registered owner is.

 

They told me they wouldn't release the information to me. Private I guess.
