Smile installed rally armor classic flaps/ diy painted bbs wheels

ok many of u that know my car or have seen it, it wears 2008 STi BBS shoes in silver. ok after some mind blowing debate, from some i-club membersinstalled rally armor classic flaps/ diy painted bbs wheels-photo0017.jpg

installed rally armor classic flaps/ diy painted bbs wheels-wheel-close-up.jpg, I lowered the car on STi pink springs, installed rally armor classic mud flaps, and painted her shoes gunmetal, so here it is, before and after.

lol duplicolor rattle can !!!! i was a little scared it wouldnt come out right but it came out pretty good, i even did a test run with them yesterday in some mud and stuff and a little drag race, and no chipping or problems!

naw i saw a few write ups on nasioc and stuff and it took like 2 months of research for me to get the nerve to do it. i like to be patient and do the job right the first time so i dont catch hell from the wife later

i used 2 cans duplicolor graphite wheel paint
1 can engine enamel clear coat
320 grit sandpaper, a lot of it!
duplicolor self etching primer 1 can
and 12 pack corona!!!
total hours spent was like 12 hours divided into 5 days of drying and prepping and finishing

Looks good! gunmetal on white is a good combo! IMO I would of gone with the urethane mud flaps, they are a lot more durable. But any Rally Armor product is worth every dime! My classics are still holding up after many off roading and what not! def good job on the theme looks good!
