Hahaha ya i really wish I could but they dont have my control what they order due to the insurance, im sure pricing is close, but the insurance does the ordering I belive. This crap is all new to me and it sucks REALLY bad cause I feel SO lost. A lot of peoples inputs is great but it also makes me a little confused cause everyone says something different!!

I wish I could trade it is for something different and something better on gas! Thing is killing me one week of driving and already below half a tank! My subie would barely be above half a tank!

I am gathering up some goodies for the subie so it'll have a little extra flare to it! Ill try to keep it a suprise till it gets done!

awh

nothing to be confused about your insurance gives you a set amount to put towards a rental car all you have to do is call up the rental car company and tell them you want to trade that clunker in for something else

then ask them what else there is in that price range that you could switch out to.

real simple... i use to trade my rental in on the weekends for a nice SUV and then switch it out on the weekdays for something more fuel efficient. you will be charged the difference (if there is one) from what your insurance will pay and what the other car costs extra per day. in your case to switch to a smaller car it should cost you nothing

good luck... and have some damn fun in that rental!!! hahaha

HAHA I have tried RWD and a v8 you would think it would have *****! It doesnt wet parking, traction control off, power braked it to about 2500rpm let go of the brakes and it barely spun the tires. Belive me I know how to do burn outs, my el camino I used to have would leave big ol piles of tires I could go back and pick up and throw at people lol. Although Im sure this car is capable of beating hondas.

Im not really confused about the rental car thing its the whole insurance side and dealing with all the bull ****. Its just new to me so its a different situation Im not used to handling and thats about it.

On the bright side tho, the subie is starting to collect a parts pile of things ive been ordering

Well if u want to change out ur rental u dont have to call and tell the insurance company. The rental car place will handle it all

All it takes is one call to schedule a switch out

i should know i had about 20 rentals by now... Dont ask

personally i think its pretty far from being done. the drivetrain is still tore up and that driver side quarter panel still looks pretty twisted.
