I need my fenders rolled!

With passengers and or 30 packs in my car, my rear tires rub around turn and on bumps.

So with that said, I need my fenders rolled. Anyone here have any leads on where I can get this done? and their contact info?

THanks!

I'm often in the valley and am willing to meet with you if you roll fenders. I'll buy lunch to.

I'm like less than an hour from Modesto.

I've heard of that method but I can see myself totally destroying my fenders.
