go to any drug store, make-up aisle, get "eye makeup remover", soak a papertowel/cottonball/towel/etc with some, then rub it off with that. If that doesn't work, they must have used permanent marker on you lol

washing your face with warm water and face wash a few times doesn't hurt either.

for the nails, get "acetone" nail polish remover, soak some papertowel with it and rub the nail polish off
